1 cup  cooked chicken breast, diced
0.3333 cup  chopped apples
1 each  large hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp  lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 pinch  salt and pepper
8 piece  Bread, wheat, slice
Directions
  1. Stir together the chicken, apple, and egg in a medium size bowl.
  2. Add yogurt and mayonnaise, stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.
  3. Spread chicken mixture on half of the bread slices.
  4. Top with remaining bread slices. If desired, cut away crusts.
  5. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles or squares.
