Red-Hot Sesame Dressing
1 tsp  sesame seeds
0.3333 cup  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/4 cup  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  toasted sesame oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  packed light brown sugar
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
  1. Heat a small dry skillet over low heat. Add sesame seeds and stir constantly until golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a small bowl and let cool.
  3. Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic, sugar and chile garlic sauce in another small bowl until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Stir in scallions and the sesame seeds.
