Raw Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 lb  roma tomatoes
0.3333 oz  low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese
2 each  pitted calamata olives
2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
2 tbsp  Oil, olive, extra virgin
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tsp  fresh basil
2 tsp  marjoram, leaves, ground
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  white pepper
  1. Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, vinegar, oil and garlic.
  2. Add basil, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Let stand to allow tomatoes to release their juices.
