Baked Apples
2 each  medium apples
0 1/4 cup  tap water
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
2 tbsp  butter
0 1/4 cup  SPLENDA┬« Brown Sugar Blend
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350┬░F.
  2. In medium bowl, mix cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar blend, and water.
  3. Add apples and walnuts. Toss to coat well.
  4. Place apples in 9" x 9" baking dish. Dot top of apples with butter.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until apples are soft.
