Vanilla Cream
1 cup  low fat, low carb key lime yogurt
0 1/4 cup  heavy whipping cream
Directions
  1. Line a sieve or colander with cheesecloth and set over a bowl, leaving at least 1/2 inch clearance from the bottom. (Alternatively, use a coffee filter lined with filter paper.)
  2. Spoon in yogurt, cover and let drain in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Discard whey.
  4. Beat cream in a small bowl until firm peaks form.
  5. Fold in drained yogurt.
