2 1/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp  cornstarch
0.125 tsp  ground thyme
1 1/2 tsp  margarine
1 pinch  white pepper
  1. In small saucepan, over medium heat, whisk broth, cornstarch, thyme, margarine and pepper. Cook until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly.
  2. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes, over low heat.
