1 cup  sliced carrots
2 tbsp  cold water
0 3/4 cup  sliced zucchini
0.3333 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  honey
1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/2 tsp  dried dill weed
Directions
  1. Combine carrots and water in 1-quart microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave at HIGH (100%), 3 to 4 minutes, or until carrots are crisp-tender, stirring halfway through cooking time.
  2. Drain liquid; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Microwave at HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 minutes, or until zucchini is crisp-tender, stirring halfway through cooking time. Let stand 2 minutes and stir before serving.
