11 oz  Corn, golden, whole kernel, canned
1 each  medium tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh chopped red onion
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Using a large bowl, mix the black beans, corn, tomato, cilantro, red onion, lemon juice, olive oil, salt (if desired), and pepper.
