8 oz  Sour Cream, light
4 oz  Cream Cheese, fat free, plain
1 tbsp  lowfat milk
0 1/4 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  chopped zucchini
2 tbsp  shredded carrots
1 tbsp  fresh chives
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat sour cream, cream cheese, and milk with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Stir in sweet pepper, zucchini, carrot, and chives. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 3 days. (Stir before serving).
