8 oz  cream cheese
7 1/2 oz  refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
0 1/2 cup  sugar
2 each  egg whites
0 1/2 tsp  lemon extract
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. With hands, flatten biscuits into bottom of prepared dish, forming to cover entire dish.
  3. In medium bowl, using electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg whites and lemon extract until well mixed.
  4. Spoon filling over top of biscuit layer and bake 20 minutes.
