1 each  cooking spray
2 oz  Canadian bacon
1 each  medium onions
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 tsp  minced garlic
1 1/2 lb  raw medium shrimp
8 1/2 cup  cold water
8 oz  no-salt tomato sauce
31 floz  canned great northern beans, unsalted
1 1/2 cup  Pasta, rotini, FS
1 pinch  salt and pepper
8 oz  fresh green onions
  1. Use a large pot coated with nonstick cooking spray and cook the bacon over medium heat until lightly browned for about 3 minutes. Then add the onion, green pepper, and garlic, and sauté until the vegetables are tender for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp, water, tomato sauce, and beans, and bring to a boil. Then, add the pasta, cooking until the shrimp and pasta are done, and add the salt, pepper, and green onions; heat for 1 minute, and serve.
