Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 10 x 15-inch jelly-roll pan or a cookie sheet with 1/2 inch ledge rim with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, use a fork and mix brownie mix, applesauce, 2 egg whites and water together until well blended. Stir in three-fourths of the crushed cookie crumbs. Batter will be like thick frosting. Spread in prepared pan.
  3. With a mixer, beat remaining 3 egg whites, cream cheese, and sugar together until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl. Sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreo's.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
