Ingredients Directions
  1. Using a large, heavy pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, sauté the onion, garlic, and green pepper until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the cream cheese, the cream-style corn, soup, milk, tomatoes and shrimp; bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook until the shrimps are done, about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with the green onions. When reheating the soup, if it is too thick, add more milk.
