Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 11x17-inch jelly-roll pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, briskly mix all ingredients except whipped topping (or powdered sugar) with a whisk for 1 minute. Pour into pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. To serve warm: Serve with a dab (about 2 tablespoons per serving) of whipped topping.
  5. To serve at room temperature: Once completely cooled, sprinkle or sift 2 tablespoons powdered sugar on top of entire cake.
