13 1/4 oz  Dreamfields Penne Rigate
2 tbsp  fresh thyme
1 tbsp  fresh chives
2 tbsp  salted butter
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tsp  fresh lemon peel
0.6667 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 pinch  fresh thyme
  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain and return to the pot.
  3. Toss in the thyme, chives, butter, oil, lemon and half of the cheese.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately with remaining cheese sprinkled on the top.
  6. Garnish with the fresh herbs and lemon wedge.
