Ingredients Directions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic and onion and cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the red pepper flakes and salt.
  4. Add the tomatoes and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Stir in the olives and cook 5 minutes more. Taste and correct the seasonings.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta well. Toss into the sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
