13 1/4 oz  Dreamfields Penne Rigate
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
1 each  medium red bell peppers
2 each  whole jalapeno pepper
1 each  red onion
2 each  medium avocadoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
1 cup  mayonnaise
1 cup  salsa, medium
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  kosher salt
  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and quickly rinse with cool water. Set aside to drain thoroughly.
  2. Place the drained pasta in a large serving bowl and add the tomatoes, bell pepper, jalapenos, onion slices, avocado, and cilantro.
  3. Toss lightly just to mix.
  4. Make the dressing. Whisk together the mayonnaise, salsa, lime juice and salt.
  5. Toss into the pasta mixture. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.
