Crab Artichoke Tartlets

Crab, artichoke, and cheese in wonton wrappers.
2 tsp white all purpose flour
0.125 tsp ground thyme
0.125 tsp black pepper
4 oz liquid egg substitute
2 oz roasted red peppers with brine
14 oz Artichokes, hearts, with water, canned
6 oz canned crab meat, drained (6.5 ounce can)
1 each cooking spray
32 each Wrappers, wonton, square
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chives, freeze dried
1 tbsp margarine
