  1. Preheat a nonstick griddle to 400 degrees or nonstick skillet to high heat. Spray with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Cut each slice of bread into 3 strips. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix Egg Beaters and skim milk together until well mixed.
  4. Lightly dip the bread sticks (one at a time) into egg mixture. Cook on hot griddle until bottoms are toasty brown. Turn a quarter turn until all 4 sides of the French toast sticks are cooked.
  5. Serve with lite maple syrup on the side for dipping.
