2 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
1 tsp  dried rosemary
1 pinch  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  grated romano cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  3. Line baking sheet with foil and place chicken on foil.
  4. In small bowl, combine mustard and garlic powder. Spread over each chicken breast. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper.
  5. Top with cheese, and bake 45 - 50 minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
