  1. Cut chicken breasts into small bite-size pieces. Cook in a large nonstick skillet, sprayed with non-fat cooking spray, until no longer pink.
  2. Microwave tortillas until warm (approximately 1 minute). After you have cooked chicken, in a bowl, toss cooked chicken, salad mix, cheese, and dressing together.
  3. Put 1/2 cup of salad/chicken mixture in center of each warm tortilla. Roll-up.
