Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Drain the mushrooms and chop into small pieces before placing in a small saucepan.
  3. Add margarine, flour, and seasonings to mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until light brown, stirring frequently.
  4. Add broth to the mushrooms and continue cooking until mixture is smooth and thickened, stirring frequently.
  5. Place fish in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and cover with the sauce.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
