1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  Cereal, Chex, wheat
0.3333 cup  chopped pecans
2 tbsp  honey
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
6 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. On a plate or on waxed paper, mix the cereal crumbs and pecans. In a bowl, combine together the honey and soy sauce.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dip both sides of the chicken breast into the honey mixture, then roll in the pecan mixture to coat.
  4. Arrange the chicken on the pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is done.
