Ingredients Directions
  1. Place the potatoes in a large pot with water to cover. Bring to a boil, and boil about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  2. Peel the potatoes and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the margarine, sour cream, horseradish, and garlic, beating until creamy.
  3. Season with the salt and pepper and serve.
