2 1/2 lb  potatoes, fresh, medium
2 tbsp  margarine
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  minced garlic
2 tsp  wasabi powder
0 1/2 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
  1. Mix the potatoes and enough water to cover in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil, and lower the heat, cover, and cook until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes, and drain.
  2. Peel the potatoes, and place them in a mixing bowl with the margarine, blending until it is smooth, and slowly add the soy sauce, garlic, wasabi, and yogurt, beating until creamy.
