Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  2. Cut each pita bread using scissors into 2 rounds, then cut each of the rounds into 6 wedges.
  3. Take each pita wedge and place on a prepared baking sheet rough side down and coat the wedges lightly with cooking spray, turn wedges over, and spray again.
  4. In a small bowl combine the Parmesan cheese with the basil and garlic powder and sprinkle the mixture over pita wedges evenly.
  5. Bake the pita wedges for 12 to 14 minutes or until they become golden brown and allow to cool completely.
