1 lb  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  caribbean jerk seasoning
1 each  fresh mango
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1/2 cup  orange juice
2 tsp  cornstarch
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
2 oz  fresh green onions
  1. Trim fat from pork. Cut into thin strips.
  2. In large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high until hot. Add pork and seasoning blend and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  3. Add mango and bell pepper to wok. Stir-fry 2 minutes or until the pork is no longer pink.
  4. In small bowl, whisk orange juice, cornstarch, and pepper sauce until smooth. Add to wok.
  5. Cook 2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened, stirring frequently.
  6. Add green onions, toss, and serve.
