9 oz  Gelatin, lemon, dry mix, serving
3 cup  cold water
2 lb  fresh mango
8 oz  fat free cream cheese
1 each  cooking spray

Citrus Sauce
1 each  eggs
0.6667 cup  sugar
1 each  fresh lemon juice, per fruit
0 1/4 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
  1. Using a large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water, and place the mangoes with juice in a food processor. Gradually add the cream cheese, and blend well, stirring in the gelatin mixture, and pour into a 2-quart mold coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until it is set. Serve with Citrus Sauce (see recipe below).
  2. In a small saucepan, mix the egg, sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice, and bring to a boil. Then lower the heat, and cook for 5 minutes, and remove from the heat, and cool. Store the sauce in the refrigerator; take out 20 minutes before serving, to soften.
