1 tsp  olive oil
1 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
2 each  medium garlic cloves
21 1/2 oz  unsalted, fat free canned tomato soup
14 1/2 oz  canned unsalted diced tomatoes
2 3/4 cup  cold water
0 1/4 cup  unsalted tomato paste
1 tsp  dried basil
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  hot pepper sauce
Directions
  1. To prepare, heat oil in a large saucepan, over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, celery, and garlic; cook 7 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
  2. Stir in tomato soup and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
