16 oz  frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 1/4 cup  orange juice
1 oz  fresh mint
1 tbsp  sugar
0 1/4 cup  sour cream
0 1/4 cup  fresh sliced strawberries
7 each  mint sprigs
  1. In blender or food processor, combine frozen strawberries, orange juice, fresh mint, and sugar. Process until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture into large bowl.
  3. Add sour cream. Stir with whisk until blended.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 8 hours.
  5. To serve, ladle soup into individual bowls. Garnish with strawberry slices and mint sprigs.
