8 oz  linguine pasta
24 oz  fresh spinach leaves
2 cup  fresh watercress, chopped
2 each  fresh plum tomatoes
0 3/4 cup  fresh basil
2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  grated parmesan cheese, low sodium
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. To prepare, cook linguine according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Set aside, and keep warm.
  2. Combine spinach and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Add linguine to spinach mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper, tossing well.
  3. Serve immediately.
