2 each  fresh tomatoes
3 tbsp  bread crumbs
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  capers, drained
1 each  large garlic cloves
1 tsp  olive oil
1 each  cooking spray
  1. To prepare, cut tomatoes in half horizontally. Remove seeds with the tip of a spoon, leaving pulp intact; discard seeds. Set tomato halves aside.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon breadcrumb mixture evenly into tomato halves. Drizzle with oil.
  3. Coat grill rack with cooking spray, place on grill over medium-hot coals (350-400 degrees F).
  4. Tear off a 12-inch square piece of aluminum foil poke holes in foil with a wooden pick. Place foil on grill; arrange tomato halves on foil. Grill, covered, 15 minutes or until tomato halves are tender.
