Ingredients Directions
  1. To prepare, use a large bowl and combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well. Stir in nutmeg (optional).
  2. Stir in hash brown potatoes; pour into an 11- x 7- x 1 1/2- inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes, coat cornflakes with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Serve hot.
