16 oz  cheese filled tortellini
1 lb  cooked shrimp
0.3333 cup  Cheese, romano, fresh, grated
4 each  fresh green onions
0.3333 cup  chopped red bell peppers
2 tbsp  dried basil
0 1/4 cup  balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp  canola oil
1 tsp  dijon mustard
  1. Cook the tortellini according to the package directions, omitting any oil and salt.
  2. Drain well and cool slightly. Use a large bowl, and mix the tortellini, shrimp, cheese, green onions, red pepper, and 1 tablespoon basil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, remaining 1 tablespoon basil, and mustard, and toss with the pasta mixture, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
