Ingredients Directions
  1. To prepare, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, and cook 7 minutes, or until tender, stirring frequently. Add ham, and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add beans, 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons broth, molasses and mustard to onion mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
  3. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons broth and cornstarch in a small bowl, stir well. Add to bean mixture. Cook, stirring constantly 1 minute or until thickened and bubbly. Stir in pepper.
  4. Serve hot.
