6 oz  smoked skinless light turkey meat
4 cup  fresh savoy cabbage, shredded
1 cup  Mango, fresh, slices
0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
0 1/2 each  medium onions
3 tbsp  Juice, grapefruit, unsweetened, canned
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. To prepare, combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine grapefruit juice and remaining 4 ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
  2. Pour dressing over salad, and toss gently. Serve immediately.
