1 cup  chopped apples
1 cup  chopped apples
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
1 1/2 oz  seedless raisins
6 piece  fresh romaine leaves
  1. To prepare, drain pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice.
  2. Combine apples, reserved pineapple juice, and lemon juice in a medium bowl, tossing to coat apples. Stir in pineapple, celery, mayonnaise and raisins. Serve immediately or chill at least 1 hour.
  3. If desired, serve on lettuce leaves.
