18 tbsp  Cereal, corn flakes
1 1/2 tsp  creole seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  salt substitute
0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  hot pepper sauce
8 each  catfish fillets
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  medium lemons
  1. In a small bowl, combine corn flakes, creole seasoning, and salt substitute, stirring well, set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot sauce, stirring well.
  3. Brush mayonnaise mixture evenly over both sides of fillets.
  4. Coat with cereal mixture.
  5. Place fillets on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
