Ingredients Directions
  1. Combine the water, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan. Cover, and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let mixture marinate overnight.
  4. Drain spices from the liquid and discard.
  5. Mix the tapioca and raisins with the liquid and let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  6. Place in a saucepan, cover, and let simmer until clear, then remove from heat.
  7. Add fruits and sweetener to soup and refrigerate overnight before serving.
