2 each  medium apples
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  fresh figs
0 1/2 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/4 cup  orange juice
1 tbsp  chopped pecans
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Core apples, cutting to, but not through, bottoms. Peel top third of each apple. Place apples in a 9- x 5- x 3-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine fig, orange rind, 1 tablespoon orange juice, peacans, and cinnamon. Spoon fig mixture evenly in cavities of apples. Drizzle remaining 3 tablespoons orange juice over apples.
  3. Cover and bake apples at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender. (Baste occasionally with cooking liquid.) Serve warm.
