2 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  sugar
2 tbsp  grated orange peel
1 tbsp  poppy seeds
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
0 1/4 cup  liquid egg substitute
2 tbsp  Margarine, hard, unspecified oil, unsalted, stick
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/2 cup  powdered sugar
2 tsp  orange juice
Directions
  1. Prehet oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat an 8 1/2-x 4 1/2- x3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, orange zest, and poppy seeds. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl combine milk, orange juice, liquid egg substitute, and melted margarine.
  5. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  6. Stir in walnuts.
  7. Spoon batter into coated loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Combine powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons orange juice, stir well. Drizzle glaze over hot bread in pan.
  10. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
