Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF, and coat a 3-quart oblong baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Trim the crusts off the slices of the bread and discard. Line the bottom of the dish with six slices of bread, and place a slice of cheese on top of each slice of bread.
  3. Sprinkle with the pieces of ham, and top with the remaining six slices of bread.
  4. Blend together the eggs, egg whites, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined, and pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered bread. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate overnight or leave out at room temperature for 1 hour.
  6. Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Done when top is puffed up, lightly browned, and the egg is cooked inside. Serve immediately.
