4 cup  Lettuce, green mignonette, fresh
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
4 each  Radishes, fresh
0 1/2 cup  Peas, green, sweet, frozen
1 each  large tomato
0 1/2 each  small onions
4 each  turkey bacon
2 tbsp  olive oil
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp  cold water
1 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, celery, radishes, peas, tomato, and onion. Refrigerate.
  2. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  3. Grill the bacon for 3-4 minutes. Cool, crumble and set aside.
  4. Assemble the dressing by blending the oil, vinegar, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shake well.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss the ingredients and garnish with the bacon.
