1 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cup  Grapes, Thompson seedless, fresh
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 tbsp  chopped walnuts
0 1/2 cup  fat free mayonnaise
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Grill the chicken 5-7 minutes. Cool and cut into small cubes.
  2. Combine in a large bowl, the chicken, grapes, celery, onion, and walnuts. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and juice to make a dressing.
  3. Pour over the chicken salad and toss lightly.
