1 each  fresh pineapple
0 1/4 cup  honey
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. To prepare, peel, core and slice the pineapple into 1/2-inch thick slices. Combine in a small bowl the honey and cinnamon.
  2. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the slices in a single layer in the grill and drizzle the honey-cinnamon over the slices. Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the pineapple is tender. Repeat with any remaining slices.
