Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes or until cooked.
  2. Chop into small pieces and set aside. Clean the potatoes and chop into small cubes (about 1/4-inch).
  3. Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and add the potato cubes. Grill for 4 minutes.
  4. Combine in a small bowl and mix the margarine, salt, and pepper with the onion and cooked chicken. Add the chicken and onion mixture to the potatoes in the grill.
  5. Spread evenly across the grill, and grill for 3-4 more minutes. When potatoes are tender, remove the hash to a serving bowl. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
