2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tsp  fresh rosemary
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  salt
1 lb  red onion
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat to medium.
  2. In 9" x 13" glass dish, combine oil, vinegar, rosemary, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt.
  3. Cut onions into slices 1/4" thick. Do not separate into rings.
  4. Place each slice in glass pan and turn to coat.
  5. Grill onion slices 5-6 minutes, or until slightly charred, turning once.
