1 lb  Squash, summer, fresh, medium, FDA
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  italian seasoning
0 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Clean the squash and cut into slices 1/4-inch thick. Combine in a small bowl and mix together the parsley, Italian seasoning, oregano, olive oil, vinegar, and pepper. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat 5 minutes.
  2. Place the squash in the grill, overlapping the slices, and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a serving bowl, toss the squash gently with the Italian dressing and serve immediately.
