10 each  medium carrots
0 1/4 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  fat free sour cream
1 tsp  fresh dill weed
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  fat free milk
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Cut the carrots into halves lengthwise and in half widthwise.
  2. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, lemon juice, pepper and milk.
  3. Blend thoroughly, cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  4. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Place the carrots widthwise (horizontally) in the grill, cut side up and lightly drizzle with the oil.
  5. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender crisp.
  6. To serve, place carrots in a warmed serving dish and pass the dill sauce as an accompaniment.
