16 oz  sea bass fillet
1 tsp  caribbean jerk seasoning
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  fresh mango
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  sliced jalapeno pepper
Directions
  1. Prepare the grill or preheat broiler, then sprinkle fish with seasoning and coat it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Grill fish for 4 to 5 minutes over medium coals or broil 5 inches from heat for each side of the fish or until the fish flakes when tested with fork.
  3. While fish is cooking, take a small bowl and combine mango, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeƱo pepper, and serve over fish.
